Habitat & Pet Data: Information you enter about habitats, pets, care logs, reminders, and settings is stored locally on your device using local storage. This data is not uploaded to our servers.
BioLens Images / AI Inputs: When you use AI-powered features such as BioLens, images or text you submit are transmitted to our servers and processed using third-party AI providers, including Google Gemini. Images are used only for processing and are not stored by us after analysis is complete.
Subscription Information: Subscriptions are processed through RevenueCat and the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your payment card information.
Usage Data: We may store limited usage counters (such as AI request counts or feature usage totals) locally on your device to enforce free-tier limits.
Analytics & Diagnostics: We may collect limited technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, crash logs, and feature usage statistics to maintain security, fix errors, and improve the Service. This information does not include your habitat or pet data.
